This is what we will be making.
Using Eye candy Example on the left. Using Warp tool Example on the right.

TITLE: Underwater Scene

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate, Knowledge of PhotoImpact Tools

Program: Ulead PhotoImpact Version 10

Right click and save to your own computer

TOOLS USED: Warp Tool.
Filter Effects: Eye Candy -Optional

DOWNLOADS: Fill Pattern, Right click and save to your own computer

DESCRIPTION:Create your under water Scene.
I used the Aquarium Stamp Collection from Ulead.You can use your own or download the Aquarium stamps from Ulead Photo Impact

Lets Get started

Open a new image 300x300
Fill with gradient top to bottom

I used hex #25637A & #376DAD

Open your water image Duplicate 2 times. You have 2 options If you have Eye candy you can use that. If not we use the warp tool.

Using Eye candy

Place your 1st water image over your Finished scene. Set transparency at about 50.. Select just the water image.

Effects= Eye Candy/Jiggle


Settings
Bubble=95
Warp amount=72
Twist=33
Movement bubbles

Repeat on the remaining 2 images changing the settings For image 2
bubbles=95
warp=75
Twist=51
Movement bubbles

changing the settings for Image 3
bubbles=82
warp=72
Twist=51
Movement bubbles


Save as image 1. Repeat on remaining 2 water images. Saving as images 2 & 3

 

Create your under water scene. I used the Aquarium Stamp Collection from Ulead.You can use your own or download the Aquarium stamps from Ulead Photo Impact
Duplicate 2 times, minimize 2 keep 1 open.

Place your 1st water image over your Finished scene. Set transparency at about 50.. Select just the water image.
Using the warp tool..


Using this Setting.

Move your warp tool over the water image in a back & forth motion.

Save as image 1 Repeat on remaining 2 water images. Saving as images 2& 3

 

Animating your underwater scene ,
Open gif animator
Animation wizard/file size 300x300
Next/add images
Select your 3 images, selecting image 3 then 2 then 1
next
set delay around 40 /next/finish
preview your animation.
Make any changes you want to your image.
Resize your image if you want and save as a Gif.
That's it your all done...
