Open a new image 100 x100. Magnify to 400%

Paint your first line like this.

add some alternating 1x1 pixels like this.

Select all merge as a single object

you now have your outline

Save in gif format

save to your easy pallett

Using your magic wand select the sections shown and fill with color of your choice

Convert to object

Using your magic wand select the sections shown and fill with darker color of your choice

Convert to object

Now we need to add a line to the back of the chair.

fill with a lighter color also fill your seat with the same color

convert to object

Now you can add a few pixels for texture..

Select all Merge as a single object
